DYNAFastFit® Scrapers Range
The DYNAFastFit® conveyor belt scraper range is designed to fit all traditional and conventional scraper positions.
Constructed from stainless steel, DYNAFastFit® conveyor belt scrapers are resistant to rusting and corrosion are not subject to paint damage.
The belt scrapers are engineered with retractable shafts for easy removal of the scraper from the conveyor system.
It’s as simple as removing two bolts so the scraper shaft and blades can be pulled out of the chute in one easy motion. This enables personnel to perform maintenance from outside the conveyor chute.
The out of chute design has many benefits, which include fast and easy assembly and disassembly, improved safety and thorough maintenance.
Featuring our unique and patented DYNAFastFit® bearing housings, DYNAFastFit® is self-aligning, self-lubricating and self-locating. The scraper can also be removed and reinstalled without losing any setting.
Our design delivers exceptional cleaning efficiency for a wide variety of materials and applications.
The range is supplied with the standard pin lock adjuster and polyurethane blades. Optional modifications can include carbide blades, twist lock spring tensioner or air bag tensioner.
